Please note that by placing a pre-order, you are purchasing the item before it has been produced. Kindly allow up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. If any production delays affect the expected delivery timeframe, we will notify you via email with an update.

Made to Order Products

For products marked Made to Order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed, which means delivery may take a little longer.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has been shipped, please allow the following delivery timeframes:

UK 2-3 working days

EU 5-10 working days

US and ROW 7-10 working days

Will I need to pay any customs fees/taxes?

Orders shipped to the US will have all duties and taxes covered prior to dispatch, so you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

For orders shipped to the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. Any applicable fees must be paid before your parcel can be released and delivered. Please keep an eye out for communication from your local postal service with instructions on how to arrange payment.

Can I return/exchange my order?

All products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or you have received an incorrect product. Any faults need to be reported upon delivery.

Exchanges are available for an alternative size, subject to stock availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and returned in its original, resellable condition. Please email us requesting an exchange before returning your order.

Made to Order Items; unless there is a manufacturing fault discovered upon delivery of the item, we cannot exchange or refund these.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered prior to sending the item back. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
